Center Wide Maximo, NASA, Glenn Research Center, Cleveland Ohio 2009-Present
Mathias LLC was the chief architect and developer the deployment of MAXIMO® 7 at NASA Glenn Research Center, which supports NASA Testing operations, facility maintenance, Central Processing operations, and pressure systems maintenance. The system is used by over 600 users, manages over 70,000 assets, and has over 10,000 Preventive Maintenance records. Additionally, the system interfaces with the Glenn Research Pressure Systems Database. Data from 4 major NASA IT systems was consolidated into a single database. This is the largest MAXIMO® deployment owned and managed by NASA. The services we provided include:
- Solution design to meet the specific needs of NASA Glenn Research Center
- Data migration of 4 NASA IT systems to consolidate information into one system
- System configuration to optimize the performance of MAXIMO® 7.1
- Integration with the NASA Pressure Systems Database to ensure seamless data exchange
- Technical hand off to NASA to ensure smooth transition to in-house management
- Ongoing technical support to ensure the continued success of the deployment
We have a deep understanding of MAXIMO® and extensive experience in deployment and support, We can help organizations to improve the performance of their asset management systems, and we are confident that we could help your organization achieve similar success with your MAXIMO® deployment.
MAXIMO®, United States Department of Agriculture, 2008-Present
We previously provided support for the USDA's Baltimore Agriculture Research Center in Beltsville, MD, where we migrated data from MAXIMO® 5.2 to version 7.1 in 2008 and later upgraded to 7.5 in 2013.
Our ongoing support for the USDA includes maintaining their preventive maintenance program, developing reports, implementing failure analysis, assisting with handheld devices, and providing training to end users.
